  • Open the GoChargeAm app and locate the nearest GoChargeAm station.
  • Navigate to the nearest Online GoChargeAm station and insert the power bank in any empty slots available.
  • You will hear a successful return notification from the machine when the power bank is returned successfully.
  • Once it is returned, the timer will automatically turn off from your app.

Make sure your network connection is working and try again. If you still have trouble getting the OTP, please contact us on our support page.

To swap your power bank during an ongoing rental, check on the map for the nearest GoChargeAm Station, and once you reach there, insert the power bank into an empty slot on the GoChargeAm machine. Upon confirmation of closing the existing rental on the app, you can rent a fresh power bank.

  • On the back of the power bank, you will find four LED indicators; each LED represents a 25% charge.
  • For example, if 3 LEDs glow after the button is pressed, the power bank is 75% charged.

Please navigate to the nearest GoChargeAm station on the map with some power banks left. We are deploying GoChargeAm very fast so that the users don’t face this problem.

Please find the closest GoChargeAm Station on the map that has some free slots. We are working hard to make GoChargeAm more accessible so you don't have this issue.

We only give out power banks with at least 60% charge. But if you get one that is lower, email us through the app. Return the power bank and get another one.

If the mobile app is not working, then
  • Please close the app and restart it.
  • If it still doesn’t work, please re-install the GoChargeAm app and retry.
  • If the problem persists, then please get in touch with support on the app.

We currently offer this service only to Nigeria.

You can only fund your wallet via bank transfer or debit card. The machines don't take cash, so we don't take cash payment either.

The rental charges on our website have been provided under the “Pricing” option.

No, you cannot rent multiple power banks simultaneously, but you can charge multiple devices using the three built-in cables.

No, the power bank is not waterproof. Please avoid direct contact with the power bank with water, as it may lead to short circuits in the internal circuitry and can cause a fire.

The GoChargeAm power bank lets you plug in and charge several devices at the same time. It already has iOS, Types-c & Micro USB cables built-in.

Our power banks have the most advanced and fast charging technology. They can refill all mobiles depending on their capacity in about an hour. You can find detailed power bank specifications on the back of each power bank.

GoChargeAm stations can be easily located on the app. Open the app to locate the nearest GoChargeAm station and then click on the locators to find the status and other details of that GoChargeAm station. Such as how many power banks are available to rent, how many empty slots are left to return a power bank and navigation routes, etc.

You can charge various devices with GoChargeAm Power Banks, as the chargers come with three pre-attached wires, i.e., iOS, Types-C & Micro USB.

  • If you face any difficulty while returning the power bank into an empty slot or you don’t receive a return confirmation, then retry inserting it into another empty slot.

No, you cannot. GoChargeAm believes in the power of a sharing economy and is committed to sharing and renting power banks. This is cost-effective, and you don't have to worry about the maintenance and charging of the power bank. This common vision enables us to advance towards an eco-friendly future.

At GoChargeAm, we have created our own power banks, and we prioritize safety and security above all else.
  • Only the charging ports are enabled, and there are no data lines in the power bank cables to avoid misuse and ensure the safety of your personal & valuable data. Beware of other public charging solutions in Lagos.
  • Intelligent Hardware tracks tampering and damage.
  • GoChargeAm power banks have temperature control to avoid heating.
  • GoChargeAm Dispensers and power banks are BIS, CE, & ROHS certified.

Open the app, go to the menu, and you will find a Help. Report a problem, just submit the issue, and our team will be available to solve your problem.

GoChargeAm is a vending machine that uses the internet, so sometimes a problem with the network connection can cause this inconvenience. Therefore, we kindly ask you to please go to the closest GoChargeAm station or contact our support team.

To get a GoChargeAm power bank, simply follow the mentioned process.
  • Download the GoChargeAm app from Apple or Play Stores and sign up using your registered number or Google Account Login.
  • Use in-app map to navigate the nearest GoChargeAm station.
  • Once you reach it, scan the QR code on the machine and bind your bank card, then pick up a power bank.
  • When charging is done, return to the nearest GoChargeAm station.

You need to look for a different GoChargeAm station nearby to bring back the power bank. But make sure to check the app's box status to see if it's online or offline. The app will indicate if the dispenser is working or not and how many power banks and free slots there are. If you give back the power bank to an offline dispenser, your subscription time will continue. Therefore, it's recommended that you only return the power bank to the online dispenser.

If in case the power bank is lost, kindly inform the support desk immediately. You will be charged for the lost power bank against your account. The charges will be deducted from the security deposit, and subscription charges will be forfeited against the price of the GoChargeAm power bank.

GoChargeAm Power banks come with all standard cables as per the market. Currently, we have iOS, types-C & micro. If your device is not compatible with any of the mentioned types, you can still use the GoChargeAm power bank by connecting the desired cable to the USB A port on the power bank.

The security deposit can be consumed by using the rental services. For any issues related to security refunds, you can contact GoChargeAm support.
